Let's Sing Academy Policy

General Member Policy

All of the members at Let's Sing Academy are to remain sensitive, supportive and understanding of all other members in the groups. Let's Sing is a family, and strives to offer somewhere safe for members to explore their creative side and make new friends.

Fees for regular groups are paid termly/half-termly / monthly in advance following a two week trial period. These fees has been calculated to give members a discount and account for any absences.

Fees for private lessons are paid in advance at a schedule agreed between Eleanor and the student. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, otherwise the lesson fee is due at Eleanor's discretion.

A minimum attendance is expected for members who wish to take part in performances. *Please note* performances are optional although they are great fun!

All students under 18 are to be signed in and out by a parent/guardian in order to ensure the safety of the student.

If anybody wishes to leave their class, we request half a term’s written notice is given prior to them leaving.

How can I get involved with Let's Sing Academy?

There are so many groups you can get involved in with Let's Sing Academy. If you're not sure which group will be best for you, send Eleanor a message and she will advise the class most suitable for you.

We hold open sessions for the regular groups at the beginning of each term, although you can join many of the classes at any time - just double-check with Eleanor whether there are any spaces available.

Can Let's Sing perform at my event?

Let's Sing often perform at local community events and are always happy to perform at more.

When do Let's Sing groups run?

All of the regular groups aim to follow the school term timetable, and our private singing lessons run every week.

Autumn Term 2024: W/C 9th September - W/C 15th December [half term closure W/C 28th October]

Spring Term 2025: Begins W/C 6th January
